Global FP&A; Commercial Finance; Financial Operations; Enterprise Risk Management (ERM); Controller; Tax:
Investor Relations; Treasury; Systems.
THE ROLE The PMO Lead is responsible for the Program Management Office of the QtC effort, driving a cross- functional and cross-regional 2 year roadmap, in order to build a world-class QtC process and the organization required to sustain success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Facilitate creation of central QtC master plan develop and continuously update the 2 year roadmap jointly with leadership team and functional leaders Ensure enablers are in place ensure teams have access to high quality and clear work plans, execution playbooks, resources and funding, and communication materials Track global migration efforts and impact against master plan track progress and execution risks on efforts from all teams globally (product, functions, BU migrations) against financial and qualitative milestones, report progress to respective leaders, flag and pro- actively resolve issues and delays, mitigate risks, track QtC health metrics Communicate a joint Shared Services and IT strategy and roadmap a comprehensive understanding of the future operating model, ensuring alignment across the organization, jointly with the Corporate Communication staff Convene the QtC steering committee on a periodic basis to share progress and resolve bottlenecks Actively problem solve issues as they arise to overcome obstacles Proactively address risks and issues associated with execution of QtC implementation plan REQUIREMENTS Bachelors degree in business, accounting or related discipline; MBA preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Demonstrated track record of driving consensus, decisions, and results through influencing in a decentralized business.
Strong project management capability with deadline focused mentality.
Deep experience in QtC project management of a global, multi-year, multi-stakeholder trans- formation, preferably with a strong process optimization and/or technology focus in a technology or information services company.
Generalist understanding of Finance and Accounting, HR, Transportation & logistics, procurement, and IT.
Demonstrated self-motivation, analytical, problem solving skills and initiative to achieve desired outcomes.
Ability to travel as needed, possibly globally.
Ability to manage time, balance multiple tasks and constantly work with changing priorities.
Proven ability to drive discipline and process orientation in a large complex organization.
Knowledge of migration operations and technology solutions.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
