D&B offers exciting career opportunities and we are currently hiring a Marketing Leader Compliance for our Short Hills, NJ location.
As a member of the leadership team for Customer Solutions Marketing, you will be at the heart of the engine that drives marketing programs. Your understanding of customer needs combined with D&Bs market leading capabilities in the Compliance segment will enable you to create compelling marketing programs that help us engage new customers and drive revenue growth for the company. As a segment leader you will guide D&B marketing team members across all marketing disciplines as well as critical third party vendors. Youll also need to be flexible enough to guide execution changes based on whats working as well as whats not.
As a Marketing Leader Compliance on the Marketing team, your primary focus will be on
Interact with the D&B senior leadership team across sales, product management, and alliance management to craft an end-to-end marketing program for the Compliance segment
Create the customer narrative
Create and manage the Senior Compliance Leader customer persona for D&B
Craft D&B point of view and value prop for the Compliance function
Represent/champion the voice of the customer for Compliance customers
Define the customer journey
Define and architect buyers journey for Compliance professionals
Develop and refine messaging guide for use across buyer touch-points
Identify and prioritize assets across buyers journey
Coordinate Engagement
Craft end-to-end marketing programs for these personas
Own coordination of campaign execution and success metrics
Partner with sales and alliance team to define enablement programs and content
Position Requirements
Minimum of 5 years marketing experience in a B2B company
Minimum of 3 years leadership/management experience
Deep knowledge of the Compliance function
Strategy or Strategy Consulting experience is desirable
Strong understanding of marketing strategy and execution
Ability to create program goals, messaging and assess marketing performance
Superior communication skills with the ability to work across all levels in an organization and with external event agencies.
Demonstrated success in delivering client facing programs
High energy, outgoing, can do personality. Ability to thrive in a changing environment
Bachelors degree is required. Advance degree is a plus.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
