Senior SEC Reporting Analyst
National service organization is looking Senior SEC Reporting Analyst. Qualified applicants should have recent Big 4 experience or have worked at a national public accounting firm with 3-6 years audit experience. Average bonus if hired is about 25% and could be more depending on performance.
Job functions will change depending on needs, but may include:
oAssist in the preparation of monthly financial reports (income and departmental statements) for management review.
oPerform monthly financial statement consolidation.
oPrepare monthly consolidated balance sheet, consolidated profit and loss statements, and consolidated statement of cash flows.
oCoordinate the preparation and filing of Forms 10-K and 10-Q with the SEC.
oCoordinate the preparation and filing of Form 11-K with the SEC
oMonth End Close.
oBudgeting, forecasting, variance analysis
oInternational Financial Reporting Standards
oPossible assistance with Merger or potential acquisitions
oSystems implementation help
