The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruitment efforts for various corporate positions within a banking organization. This role will build relationships and work closely with Hiring Managers to define sourcing strategies, gather and understand the position requirements to effectively identify talent that is aligned with the scope and responsibilities of the role. When partnering with the hiring manager, the recruiter will serve as a primary source of recruitment advice, consultation and education on best practices to fill roles in the most efficient and effective way possible.
The function of this role is to identify qualified candidates and manage the process from position opening through offer acceptance and onboarding. This person will develop and execute progressive integrated recruitment solutions using multiple avenues including direct sourcing, social networking, industry networking, employee referrals, Internet sourcing, minority and trade job fairs, targeted advertising, college and community outreach. The recruiter will manage internal and external job posting procedures, capturing applicant flow accurately and consistently leveraging the applicant tracking system. This role is accountable to ensuring that all recruitment procedures are consistent for all positions to ensure compliance with EEOC recruitment and selection records retention requirements. The Recruiter will utilize their influencing, interpersonal, selling and closing skills to encourage candidates to accept offers.
Requirements
Minimum of four years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a corporate setting including IT, Finance, Accounting, etc.
Fluent in using web-based recruiting tools including social media, job boards and applicant tracking tools along with the ability to effectively market positions to target qualified candidates.
Experience working with Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to source passive candidates and build relationships by phone.
Demonstrated experience in building strong partnerships with hiring managers and human resource partners to understand the needs and execute the work.
Strong process management skills, detail orientation and time management skills. Must have demonstrated experience in prioritizing workload demands.
Educational Requirements
High School Diploma required - Bachelor Degree preferred
AIRS Social Media Certification preferred not requiredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
