D&B offers exciting career opportunities and we are currently hiring a Financial Analyst for our Short Hills, NJ location.
Specific responsibilities include:
Assists with the completion of annual budgeting and monthly reporting of actual results (i.e., monthly forecasts, variance analysis of results to monthly/annual plans, preparation of annual plans, balance sheet management).
Provides support to team in preparation and maintenance of strategic plans, customer contribution models, analysis and presentation of financial performance results. Maintains a strong focus on aiding Business Leaders in making value enhancing business decisions.
Assists with review and analysis of financial information for planning and control purposes.
Assists with special projects and key initiatives as required.
Analyst will have more responsibility in these areas, compared to Associate analyst.
As background, this candidate should also possess:
3-5 years financial experience in a corporate environment.
Degree in finance/accounting required.
Strong communication, organization, interpersonal and analytical/problem solving skills
Experience in budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning
Strong process orientation and personal computer skills, especially in developing financial & analytical models.
Ability to work well in teaming/collaborative environment
Ability to manage a large workload and adapt to re-prioritization as necessary in a rapidly changing environment
