As a Execution Program Manager on the Growth Transformation Program team, your primary focus will be on
We are seeking a strong execution project manager who can ensure execution of strategic Partnership agreements and the delivery of the D&B component of overall partner solutions. You will report to the PMO. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate D&B's core values in the following ways:
Manage projects within the overall strategic Partnership team, ensuring coordination between all teams involved; Client/Partner and D&B.
Work closely with internal business development and solution architecture teams to ensure that the partner solutions planned meet the business objectives and are delivered within the required time and budget constraints.
Operational responsibility for the team SharePoint 2013, maintenance and configuration, quality, information architecture and standards.
Oversee critical milestones which include developing detailed project plan(s) for implementation of Partnership solutions as well as the day to day management of the tasks, dependencies, issues, reporting and other associated project management tasks necessary to achieve the expected milestones and outcomes.
Provide critical analysis on risks, issues, and interdependencies.
Provide focused and effective collaboration across several cross-functional teams throughout the various phases of the project to successfully implement a new application & related process and resource changes are made.
Communicate progress, issues and key learnings to senior leadership, key stakeholders and team members on a regular basis.
Position Requirements
Strong relationship skills and the ability to collaborate and communicate all levels of an organization globally.
Bachelors degree and a minimum of 5-7 years of business experience. MBA a plus.
Previous project management experience with business operations projects/programs. For example, sales ops, marketing, business development, supply, erp, hcm.
Previous project management experience within the IT and/or Information Management industry.
Expert use of tools: Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Office and Jira and/or other change/requirements management tools.
Knowledge of a formal project management methodology, project planning tools (MSP) and project change strategies.
Critical thinking skills with demonstrated ability to balance varying points of view to inform project planning and decision making.
Demonstrate clear and effective verbal and written communication skills with all levels of staff, both business and technical.
Ability to work to tight deadlines and budgets on multiple interdependent projects without supervision.
