As a Senior Executive Administrative Assistant, your primary focus will be on
As a Sr. Executive Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for complete, end-to-end administrative support for the Chief Legal Officer, an Associate General Counsel, and the Chief of Staff. D&Bs Global Legal Team is a dynamic, high-paced environment and therefore the day-to-day responsibilities require seamless collaboration across a wide range of business partners both inside and outside of D&B. The ideal candidate must be seasoned and experienced in handling a wide range of administrative related tasks and be able to work independently and confidently under pressure. The role plays an integral part within the broader team and requires this individual to anticipate and adapt to the needs of a highly dynamic organization. Building strong relationships, being resourceful and knowing how to navigate the organization fluidly will also be critical to success in this position.
Managing heavy calendar activity - coordinating meetings, reserving meeting spaces and ordering food as needed
Maintaining multiple calendars
Planning travel and building seamless itineraries with advance preparation for VPs
Preparing, reviewing, and processing expense reports, in line with company T&E policy
Supporting group administration including: onboarding for new hires, updating distribution lists, setting up and running the technology for group-wide meetings (e.g., town halls), ordering supplies, scheduling/coordinating candidate interviews
All logistics associate with Board of Directors meetings T&E (flights, hotels, car service, food ordering, etc.)
Prepare PowerPoint presentations for senior executives and Board of Directors
Compliance tracking for performance reviews and other required trainings
Leading department projects as assigned
Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
Minimum of 7 (10+ preferred) years of experience supporting C-level executives)
Bachelors degree preferred
Experience with complex calendars and travel management
Keen attention to detail and a sense of urgency in execution and follow-up
Exceptional organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work autonomously with minimal guidance
Impeccable integrity and ability to handle confidential / sensitive information with utmost discretion
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven team player and collaborator
Positive attitude, reliable and solutions-oriented demeanor
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
