As a PMO Analyst on the Growth Transformation Program team, your primary focus will be on
D&Bs strategy is to be one global company delivering indispensable content through modern channels to serve new customers needs. To support delivery of D&Bs process of establishing a Growth Transformation Global Program Management structure. The team member will support incremental growth by conducting transformational business and technology project(s) data analysis for D&B. This role will be responsible for providing PMO project setup and end-to-end project management support of one or multiple projects within this program structure.
In addition this role will also be required to create reporting templates and senior executive dashboards based on project managers recommendations/findings and provide full coverage of PMO maintenance tasks to resolve problems:
Member of the the Growth & Transformation Program (GTP team assigned to directly support the Global Data Insight and Analytics (GDIA) teams weekly status reporting, planning, weekly team meetings, quarterly reviews, and yearly investment reviews. This includes:
o Collecting status reporting info and Publishing of weekly GDIA status reporting dashboards
o Support and facilitate key recurring weekly GDIA team meetings
o GDIA weekly headcount reporting
o Support information gathering, assessment, and meetings for GDIA quarterly reviews
o Support information gathering and meetings for GDIA year end investment reviews
o Support information gathering and meetings for GDIA investment planning process
o Maintain GDIA master project schedule and monitoring and reporting on progress (actual vs. forecast) via the Global Project Reporting process.
o Provide RAID (risks, assumptions, issues and dependency) governance for GDIA.
Support GTP to ramp up and uphold Program Management framework and policies across the strategic Hills .
Communicate regularly with project managers and uphold the expectations of all stakeholders ensuring they are aligned and understand their responsibilities, and that required signoff have been obtained.
Coordinate and identify dependencies and interdependencies between all strategic Hills involved to successfully scope, size and drive implementation of identified transformation and growth opportunities.
Create detailed program deliverable templates to centralize reporting standardization across all strategic Hills. Meetings facilitated will utilize these templates as a basis for discussion.
Provide Change Control support to the leads to identify scope, timeline, finance, support deviations that may impact the success of the Hills.
Institute good project management discipline across all strategic Hills. This includes the responsibility of implementing and coordinating frameworks across all strategic Hills.
Utility player for time-sensitive GTP team deliverables.
Travel to other D&B offices as needed for meetings and follow-ups.
Position Requirements
Bachelors Degree required.
Minimum 5-7 years direct experience in a PMO function on large and/or multiple business transformation or technology projects. This includes demonstrable experience in:
Supporting projects to achieve a successful and measurable outcome.
Communicating cross matrix; multi-functional; and global teams (direct and virtual) to ensure scope is clearly defined and deliverables will be met.
Strong project status dashboarding and reporting experience
Ability to manage own work plan and schedule to successfully meet goals with tight deadlines/budgets and minimal supervision. Candidate must use one's own initiative to provide robust and timely solutions.
Interpersonal & leadership skills in dealing with senior management and all levels of team members across global matrix teams
Strong presentation and communication skills including ability to effectively communicate ideas in both written and spoken form to business sponsors, managers, and technical resources in clear concise language that is appropriate to the target audience.
Strong consulting, facilitation and planning skills including ability to workshop and translate strategy into actionable and resourced plans.
Knowledge of a formal project management methodology (PMBOK/Prince 2 etc.), SDLC, project planning tools (Microsoft Project) and project change strategies.
Fluency in the MS Office suite of applications (MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Project, Visio, etc)

Strong communication skills. Ability to extract and comprehend information from a variety of global stakeholders.
Strong presentation skills including creating well executed and accurate executive reporting and meeting materials

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
