Key Responsibilities
Manage large & small analytic projects focused across a business line and/or set of products
Conduct and advise on qualitative and quantitative research as appropriate
Analyze and synthesize customer insights from internal and external data sources
Develop and share written communications highlighting analytic findings, recommendations
Key Requirements
Bachelors degree required
3
years prior analysis/analytics experience Strong proficiency with SPSS/Text Analytics required
Experience with SAS, SQL, Tableau, Radian6 or Qualtrics a plus
Analytical and creative problem solver with extremely strong quantitative skills that can spot patterns, trends, and opportunities in data
Experience with building surveys, and/or capturing & analyzing customer feedback
Motivated by learning new things, but also results-oriented
Passion for research and working in a highly intellectual, collaborative environment
Proven relationship building and collaboration skills
Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and drive work to completion
Strong oral and written communication skills
Expertise with PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to think strategically
Ability to communicate complex information simply and clearly
Comfortable working independently and with a team
