D&B offers exciting career opportunities and we are currently hiring a Director for our Short Hills, NJ location.
Specific responsibilities include:
Develop predictive analytic solutions / statistical models supporting D&B customers Sales and Marketing investments.
Develop solutions based on D&Bs established best practices, methodologies, and tools, while innovating where appropriate.
Analyze & interpret large amount of behavioral and historical pricing data and articulate business insight from analysis.
Once assigned, work on individual projects completely independently, or as team member for complex projects from beginning to end: understanding business needs, acquisition and evaluation of data, selection of appropriate statistical methodologies, model estimation, and documentation.
Communicate complex analytical results in terms that are meaningful to business managers.
Collaborate with user community to ensure proper utilization of solutions. Engage in brainstorming with internal customers for development of new tools and policy framework.
Primary contact for predictive internal pricing analytics
Graduate degree in (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science).
Experience in using SAS and other similar statistical software packages.
Minimum five years of experience in an statistical analytics role with experience in pricing optimization/policy analytics.
Ability to demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills. Strong leadership, organizational, analysis, and problem solving skills. .
Proven track record of leading large complex projects from beginning till end. Proven track record of building new & innovative analytic products.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
