Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated candidate for the Senior Developer / Tech lead to develop / support functionality being developed using Oracle tools (Siebel CRM, Oracle Policy Automation, Product Data Hub, and Oracle ADF) and Microsoft technologies for the platform. The position requires a candidate who poses strong technical skills and expected to deliver best in class technical solution for various channels (from Web to Mobile).
Job Description paragraph:
The CRM team is working on Siebel CRM product to deliver a Next Generation of UI, Lead Management, Implementation tracking, Deal Review and Client Onboarding functionality globally. A Senior Developer / Tech lead position is available to develop the global rollout of these critical initiatives and support the migration of the Investor Services business into the platform. The candidate in this position will play a key role in supporting the global rollout. The position will require working with the developers (onsite / offshore team members), business and regional partners for the successful rollout.

? Experience in Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Implementation (all phase of software development life cycle - SDLC)
? Excellent functional, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
? Strong technical background in systems architecture, database design, and system interfaces
? Translate high level requirements into a feasible technical solution
? Experience in developing a strong development maturity model across various technology stream using various tools, process and metrics.
? Provide innovative solution to improve performance & usability across the processes.
? Lead and facilitate to bring next generation solutions like Social App and Mobile platform on to CRM.
Job Skills/Qualifications paragraph 1:
? Minimum 8 years of working experience out of which minimum 5 years of experience in Siebel CRM
? Strong hands on experience with Siebel Tools
? Expertise in Siebel configuration, Workflow, scripting and Business Services
? Hands on experience in at least one integration project end to end
? Strong knowledge in Siebel Open UI
? Good knowledge in Data mapper, Property sets and various EAI components in Siebel
? Knowledge in HTML/DHTML, JavaScript, XML, JQuery, Web Services SOAP
? Knowledge in Oracle 10g/11g PL/SQL experience
? Knowledge in Siebel Order Management and Product configurator
? Knowledge in Oracle Policy Automation (OPA)
? Knowledge in Oracle fusion products, ADF, Product Data HubEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
