D&B offers exciting career opportunities and we are currently hiring a Leader, Alliance Network/Broker Sales for our Short Hills, NJ location.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for building, refining, and growing a large scale, programmatic VAR/Broker channel that will take D&B solutions to market, allowing us to penetrate new customers and significantly grow revenue.
Leads 4-6 Partner Account Managers responsible for the development and management of strategic Value-Added Re-sellers and Brokers. Additionally, lead 2-3 partner recruitment directors responsible for identifying, targeting and recruiting new VARs and brokers to D&Bs AllianceNetwork. Finally, lead 1-2 program directors responsible for designing and enhancing all aspects of the VAR/Broker program. This role will lead all sales and business development activities enabling partners to successfully take D&B solutions to market and drive material growth. Manages multi-level large partner organizations and drives C Level engagement. Will lead and coach on high level negotiations skills and on complex solutions sales.
Verify that resources are optimally allocated across the team to maximize short and long term financial results. Set annual, quarterly, and monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets for the Team Members, and manage an ongoing process for forecasting and tracking sales results. Communicate targets and results upwards as part of process for building overall business plan for indirect sales through partners.
In addition to leading existing partner sales efforts, the leader is responsible for driving new business across the team, managing service and support activities for client base, establishing and maintaining expertise for each AllianceNetwork target market. Leader will also be responsible for conducting deep analysis to understand underlying business drivers and to develop and implement plans and strategies that support D&Bs multi-channel redistribution goals, its issues and challenges, new and existing revenue opportunities, competitive offerings and associated marketing strengths and emerging applications/technologies.
Direct cross-functional teams to develop and implement complex redistribution agreements with major business partners. Interface with Marketing, Product, Legal and Pricing in support of developing and consummating agreements to ensure that we have created high velocity, scalable programs for our VARs and Brokers. Must track royalties and secure renewals in a timely manner.
Develop and implement long term cohesive Alliance Network/Broker Strategic Plan that leads to sustainable double-digit growth.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree. MBA preferred

years partner sales and/or marketing/ business development experience; 5-7 years management experience.
Demonstrated ability to design, manage and successfully complete complex projects and lead cross-functional teams. Strong leadership and management skills in leading salespeople
Thorough understanding of advanced business-to-business complex solutions and Web enabled applications.
Extensive experience in partnership negotiation and channel management.
Must have the initiative and ability to operate in a very autonomous environment with limited support infrastructure.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
