- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team - Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings - Handle incoming calls and correspondence, prioritize and respond accordingly - Perform general office management tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies - Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor - Proven experience in calendar management and scheduling - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and computer literacy - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience in office management or front desk reception is a plus Please note that proficiency in using Outlook Calendar is required for this position.
