Responsibilities:
Answer and relay requests for information (e.

directions, area attractions and restaurant suggestions).
Inform guests about facilities (e.

the swimming pool and business center).
Plan small group meals and entertainment (e.

golf outings, cooking classes and concert tickets).
Arrange private transportation for hotel guests.
Book entertainment, local tours and regional activities.
Assist guests with special requests or other needs (e.

medical assistance, laundry or dry cleaning services).
