Content Strategist

As a Content Strategist, you will have the opportunity to work with UX designers and researchers, product managers, engineers and data scientists in the Design Experience Office (DXO) to best support the customer in their end-to-end banking experience. In this role, you will use your understanding of UX design principles and Information Architecture best practices to simplify complex concepts into digestible, user-friendly content. You will work lockstep with the UX designers. You will be responsible for developing and evolving content standards, content and messaging strategies, best practices and processes. You will also help align the content strategy across all channels to drive business value and support an optimal digital experience for the customer. Collaborate with User Experience and User Research to evolve the user experience, develop content direction, and support the team through hands on writing, content audits, and providing quality assurance Develop and evolve content standards, content and messaging strategies, best practices and processes. Implement user testing and surveys to understand what users call things and how they should be organized. Develop a roadmap for Content Strategy based on user research and benchmarking.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred 5
years of experience with content strategy and working on product content Experience using grammar and tone based on various voices provided by style guide Experience working in a collaborative fashion, on user experience design activities throughout the software development life cycle of applications, often with numerous initiatives occurring concurrently. Proficiency with explaining ideas visually, such as mapping content flows in a mockup or prototype A writing portfolio that demonstrates a variety of content types such as onboarding, on-screen interactions, microcopy, email communications, help articles, and/or style guides Travel less than 10% of the time. This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Editorial & Content ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
