Job Purpose:
What does a great Technical Solutions Consultant do? The Professional Services Team in Digital Solutions is a dynamic group of high-level performers who are leading the industry in developing cutting-edge, custom online and mobilebanking solutions. The Technical Solutions Consultant will join the Business Operations team within Professional Services and is responsible for supporting the sales of Digital Solutions PS services for existing clients. This role will work with Professional Services, Account Management, Sales support, and clients to devise creative solutions and generate sales quotes and Statements of Work (SOWs) to meet specific business needs. The Technical Solutions Consultant will be involved in the following:
o Provides direct hands-on support to the PS and Account Management teams for sales to existing US clients o Partners with PS, Product Management, Product Development and Account Management to ensure strong alignment of customer expectations with Fiserv solutions, as well as customizations implemented for specific clients, in order to define sales quotes and statements of work (SOW) o Collaborates with PS, Account Management, Finance and Legal in the delivery and negotiation of SOWs with clients o Meets or exceeds established SLAs for releasing sales quotes and SOWs o Supports Account Management in selling and positioning Professional Services products and services o Proactively communicates progress on an on-going basis, ensuring transparency throughout o This position may also include supporting Professional Service clients in a Technical BSA and subject matter expertise role in both billable and non-billable capacities Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
Required:
o Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science or related experience o 4
years of experience in computer software industry, preferably in a systems integration/consulting organization with presales/sales engagement and delivery experience o 4
years of experience in estimation, sizing, proposal contribution and presales delivery o 4
years of experience in software implementation delivery o 4
years of experience in creating SOWs o 4
years of experience negotiating contracts with clients o Strong face to face and phone/WebEx presentation skills o Solid written skills to document needs accurately for delivery of a quality product o Success presenting information to technical and non-technical staff in a manner facilitating understanding by the intended audience Preferred:
o Financial services industry experience, familiarity with eFinance applications, understanding of ecommerce implementation considerations, and project management experience are all a plus. Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
o Organization and time management skills:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
IT ConsultingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
