As an Implementation Consultant Advisory, you will be responsible for onboarding and rolling out of new clients on our standard integration platform. You will be required to work directly with the client to perform these implementations, consult on the product suite and / or discuss application design. You will also be responsible for early engagement with Project/Implementation managers from other Fiserv teams and/or clients, identify/help clear roadblocks, negotiate deadlines, define priorities with implementation engineers, and manage risks. Essential Job
Responsibilities:
o You will perform software support and implementations for Fiserv's clients via telephone, e-mail, and web-based contact channels. o Deliver professional and timely client/internal communications regarding current implementation/support cases. o You will thoroughly track, organize and document all product and support related activities. o You will develop and maintain a full understanding of Fiserv products and services and stay abreast of relevant industry trends and best practices. o Handle mission critical projects during and after implementation. o Analyze Network issues understand the flows and dependencies and discuss it with the Network engineers. o Accountable for driving production incidents to resolution, by analyzing and coordinating with the required parties and always acting as the owner and leader of the situation. o Discuss technical issues with support engineers and developers. o Recreate problem locally and able to debug the code to identify underlying defects. o Perform technical evaluation of the defects. o Understand the impact of changes across the application. o Minimal travel may be required o Perform other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
o Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Business Administration or related fields o 8
years proven experience with client implementations / services, dealing with internal and external clients o Financial industry experience o Knowledge of business methods and practices in the financial services industry o Analytical skills to assess client business need, identify solutions, and manage requirements o Proficient in computer systems and personal computer use o Ability to exercise appropriate judgment/decision making skills to ensure client success. o Possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with good follow-up skills and attention to detail o Good troubleshooting skills & communication skills o Creative problem solving skills o Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
o 10
years of relevant experience o Strong self-motivation with excellent time management skills, including ability to work on time sensitive projects to meet deliverables by expected due date o Work on multiple projects in parallel o Excellent communication skills including written and verbal o Ability to work independently and collaboratively. o Demonstrated planning skills. o Initiate and or attend troubleshooting sessions during regular and after hours when needed on priority o Work with internal teams on process improvements o Manage priorities within and across projects based on a faced paced culture while continuing to focus on quality of deliverables o Incumbent may coach, cross-train, strain, assist, and in general help others as assigned The travel requirements will be minimal (less than 5%). However, there may be business needs for travel (to client locations and other Fiserv locations) and hence some flexibility is expected. Who We Are:

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Business Intelligence & AnalyticsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
