What does a great PS, Advisory Services - Data Quality Consultant do? You will listen intently to client concerns regarding the accuracy and cleanliness of the core banking CIF file (names, addresses and relationships), understands their specific challenges and transforms their feedback into an actionable statement of work to address their business requirements. The accuracy of a client's CIF system is vital in managing a financial institution efficiently. Assisting clients to cleanse their data and organize processes will have a tremendous impact on the day-to-day operations and brand image of their organization (consolidate duplicate records and purge unattached names and addresses). You will experience a high level of satisfaction as you partner with clients from the initial discovery sessions through the final 'go-live' date. With your contributions, the team will be able to satisfy additional client demand and reduce the implementation backlog queue. Managing successful, high-quality service engagements can lead to client appreciation and recognition from your teammates, manager and Fiserv. We will help you cultivate your inner consultant and hone your technical, project management, presentation and requirements gathering skills. Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
o +5 years of experience in banking services & consultancy with a consulting firm or software provider o Experience with Premier core banking system o Experience with Premier core banking system CIF (Names, Addresses and Relationships) o Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills o Experience working in a matrix environment o Experience presenting value proposition presentations to customers and internal stakeholders o Experience with Customer Success focused service businesses o Excellent customer relationship acumen and experienced consulting skills to work with customers o Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills o Experience successfully delivering presentations via web conferencing and in person o Excellent understanding of the standard business practices as related to banking business and operations o Experience in full cycle service delivery and consulting services in the banking industry o Previous service delivery or consulting service experience o Bachelor's degreerequired Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
o Experience working with sales teams, either in a pre-sales or direct sales role o Experience in bank operations concepts o Familiarity with data center bank processing concepts (multi-tenancy, JCL, file movement, data security, etc.) o Familiarity for online banking solution access methods (SSN/TIN, Portfolio, CIFN) o Familiarity with database concepts o Experience with Foxtrot a plus Travel required:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
