OCM Manager

You are fully responsible for setup and execution of all training courses organized by the Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO), as well as the registration of participants and the tracking and reporting of their completion results to team and family leads. You will apply a structured change management methodology and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative. You will support the design, development, delivery and management of communications. You will conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders. You will provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs. You will execute the strategy that makes complex change easy for our impacted users and stakeholders. You will create or significantly contribute to change enablement strategies and plans, including training and communications You will conduct effective change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and stakeholder analysis You will define, plan and execute change management plans to support communication and transition activities You will develop, deliver and manage communication, stakeholder, training, engagement, adoption, and resistance management plans You're the kind of person who has:
o Understanding of adult learning methods o Working knowledge of project management o Basic understanding of vendor management o Experience with Jira and Confluence Basic qualifications for consideration:
o BSc/BA in Business, Psychology or a related field o 6
years of experience as a Education/Background and Experience (Training Administrator, HR Assistant, Change Manager/Analyst, or similar role) o Ability to create a workable plan and execute on it o Time management skills o Problem solving skills o Attention to detail o Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines o Excellent organizational and multitasking ability o Good written and verbal communication skills o Ability to successfully identify learning objectives and build course materials Tools / Systems o Udemy o Exchange o Confluence o Jira o Excel Preferred

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Organization Development & TrainingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
