As a Talent Advisor, you will play a key role in standing up one of the largest fintech hubs on the East Coast! You will partner closely with hiring leaders to develop a strategy for hiring excellent talent. You have a passion for people and care deeply about creating a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. You are confident in being a talent advisor and think creatively to solve problems. Most importantly, you enjoy working with a talented team and are eager to collaborate. Your Role Will Include:
o Managing full life cycle recruiting for technology talent including direct sourcing, candidate assessment and offer negotiation. o Building effective partnerships with hiring managers to fully understand our business so you can confidently explain it to others. o Acting as a trusted and strategic talent advisor to hiring managers; driving alignment, stakeholder engagement and driving best practices across the hiring process. o Partnering closely with team members to drive efficiencies across the Talent Acquisition function and processes. o Delivering a best-in-class candidateexperience through timely communication and transparency. About You:
o On your resume, we will see 6-10 years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience and/or military experience. Experience recruiting technology talent is required. Previous agency experience is a plus! o You have business acumen and the motivation to learn a complex business. o You are data inspired and have experience using data to find and assess talent and influence action. o You can provide examples of how you influenced a hiring manager through clearly communicating labor market reality, demonstrating an understanding of their business, or challenging a hiring manager's assumptions. o You have direct sourcing experience and will be able to talk through your direct sourcing strategies. o You are highly organized and have a high attention to detail. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
