VP, Consultant Relations

What does a great VP, Consultant Relations do? An excellent Vice President of Consultant Relations is an inquisitive and engaging individual with a passion for leading overall Fiserv consultant relationships. You'll be creating and leading influential relationships with consultants to ensure they are familiar with key Fiserv messaging and strategic direction and creating positive engaging relationships with our sales and business leadership. A successful candidate should be a curious, self-starter who is focused on driving insights from consultant engagements that can be applied to enterprise efforts to drive a better client experience and sales results. Our Consultant Relations efforts include:
Being fluent in Fiserv strategic direction and key product releases. Educate consultant stakeholders on information and enable them to be able to message the Fiserv story to end clients Creating influential consultant relationships and build strong connections to sales leaders to drive clear, consistent two-way communication on industry and client feedback that the organization can leverage to improve efforts Driving our consultant relationship planning process and formulating aligned long term, mid-range and short-term goals and actions Reviewing and identifying consultant blogs/articles that provide key trends to share with Fiserv Sales and Relationship Management Quarterly and on-demand reporting and analysis of consultant activity with Fiserv and providing insights to Fiserv executives and associates as needed to drive more effective sales, marketing and proposal management efforts Assisting with planning and development of sessions and meetings for Forum, industry events, webinars and/or update meetings Partnering with business and product leaders to prepare meeting participants and build meeting communications Managing consistent consultant communication including:
monthly and quarterly calls to serve our strategic goals of relationship development and business success, assisting with Consultant Newsletter, hosting webinars, and providing oversight of additional material Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
Minimum of 8
years of relationship management, sales or marketing experience in a technology partner relationship and/or consulting experience Experience communicating and managing various priorities within multiple business units and leadership levels Solid understanding of internal partnering processes, best practices, and measurement Experience working with consulting firms of all sizes to identify gaps within the relationship or areas to expand opportunities Experience indicating an understanding of the information needs of a sales organization with respect to partner relationships Demonstrated understanding of key sales performance metrics and processes (pipeline, forecasting, demand generation, etc.) Additional

Positive relationship building skills with both internal and external clients Strong presentation skills including ability to speak to different levels of the organization and consulting firms Outstanding organizational skills and strong attention to detail Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills Experience with a CRM platform (Salesforce or similar) Microsoft Teams Travel:
Varies depending upon consultant visits and enterprise events. $200K -- $250K
